Not only does this lot include an ultra short-printed Encore Gold card serial numbered 010/125 that ranks as the only PSA 10 in existence, but the base issue appears to be relatively challenging to find in Gem Mint condition as well, as only 10 copies have ever made the Gem Mint 10 grade at PSA. I say it often but perhaps not often enough: Jeter might not be Jordan, but they're in the same conversation. Even if Jeter's cards eventually only garner half or as little as 25% of the attention as similar Michael Jordan issues from the period, those Jordan issues often sell for $5,000 to even $10,000 in top grades, which would put this Pop 1 PSA 10 Jeter somewhere in the $1,250 to $2,500 range.
